I’ve spent over 20 years building and leading marketing teams across digital agencies, corporate brands, and my own consulting business. That range of experience has taught me how to step into complex organizations quickly, earn trust, and keep work moving forward — all while honoring the people at the heart of it.
Keepline was born from a challenge I personally experienced more than once in my career: the uncertainty that comes when a key marketing leader goes out on parental or medical leave. We provide built-in mentorship to support both the team and the returning employee. Because transitions like these are deeply human — not just logistical.
